I want to build a website for mom’s business. what’s the best host site?

I have looked at buying a domain name (which I don’t mind paying for) so that it is registered www.herdaycarename.net, but I don’t know which host is the best. I have looked at google and yahoo and they are my fav’s so far, but I am just looking for some advice. Also, I don’t have a lot of experience, so whichever is simpler would be best. It’s just a small business, and i want to just post basic information like rates, calendar, teacher names and maybe a photo book. Any suggestions? Thanks!
